33127 (2026). Arena Williams to the Associate Minister of Housing: Further to 30284 (2026), will tenants of Kāinga Ora homes will be notified if existing corded blinds are identified as requiring replacement; if so, when?

Hon Tama Potaka: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that should any maintenance work be identified following the new standards coming into force, the work will be treated in the same way as any other piece of maintenance work and tenants will be notified.
