33119 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Attorney-General: How many deputy chief executive or equivalent roles, if any, are in the Minister's departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, and what is the total number of employees in these departments, agencies, crown entities or any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for?
Hon Judith Collins: At 30 June 2025, Crown Law and the Parliamentary Counsel Office each have 4 deputy chief executive or equivalent roles. Each year, Crown Law and the Parliamentary Counsel Office (along with other public service departments and departmental agencies) are required to report on permanent staff within their respective agencies, through Select Committee Annual Reviews. 2024/25 information will be provided for the 2024/25 Annual Reviews.
