33022 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: What is the longest length of time a state house removed from service pending sale and still owned by Kāinga Ora has been vacant and when, if at all, did the last tenants vacate that house?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that the longest length of time that a home was removed from service and pending sale is 1,801 days which is due to a contractual obligation of divesting this home to an iwi.
