33021 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Further to 7330 (2025), what is the annual cost of the staff and systems that support Oranga Tamariki front line services?

Hon Karen Chhour: As outlined in my response to WPQ 19322 (2025), I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that overheads are apportioned more broadly across Oranga Tamariki and cannot be directly attributed to provide the annual cost of overheads for Oranga Tamariki secure youth justice facilities.   A breakdown of expenditure is provided in the Oranga Tamariki Annual Report 2024/25.
