33018 (2025). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister responsible for Ministerial Services: Further to his answer to written question 30663 (2025): What is Ministerial Services' policy, if any, for when it becomes aware that a third party has accessed one of its devices?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: I am advised that in accordance with the Department of Internal Affairs Code of Conduct, and its device procurement and use policy, staff are required to report any lost or stolen devices and must not share their passwords with other parties.
