32994 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for Regulation: Further to WPQ 31343 (2025) how many public consultations on the Regulatory Standards Bill did the Ministry for Regulation conduct?

Hon David Seymour: The Ministry for Regulation has conducted one public consultation process on the discussion document for a proposed Regulatory Standards Bill which ran from 18 November 2024 to 13 January 2025. The member will also be aware that there is the current public consultation process before Finance and Expenditure Committee for public submissions on the Regulatory Standards Bill.
