32976 (2026). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for Regulation: What aides-mémoire, briefings, memos, notes, reports, or any other advice, if any, has the Minister or their Office received regarding or referring to Tesla, listed by title and date?

Hon David Seymour: I received MFR2025-168: Regulatory pathways to enable autonomous vehicle sandbox, dated 27 June 2025, from the Ministry for Regulation. My office also received two notes from Tesla regarding autonomous vehicles and the launch of Full Self Driving (supervised) in New Zealand in August 2025.
