32964 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: What advice, if any, did the Minister receive on the inclusion of 'Option 3: Remove Te Mana o te Wai provisions' in the consultation on freshwater national direction undertaken in 2025?

Hon Chris Bishop: In developing the freshwater national direction consultation package, my Ministerial colleagues and I received advice from officials and discussed options for inclusion in the package, including options relating to Te Mana o te Wai.
