32961 (2025). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Police: Have projected financial benefits, if any, from the Mental Health Response Change Programme and the transfers to other agencies been incorporated into Police’s financial sustainability programme?

Hon Mark Mitchell: Projected financial benefits were not within the scope of the Mental Health Response Change Programme or the associated transfers of responsibilities to other agencies. As such, financial benefits or savings have not been measured, and there are no projections available regarding when such savings might occur or how they might be redirected within Police. This is also my response to Written Parliamentary Questions 32962, 32963 and 32965 (2025).
