Rt Hon Chris Hipkins to the Prime Minister: Has he, his staff or his officials communicated with Minister Jones, his staff or his officials about any Official Information Act requests for information about Minister Jones and his officials’ overseas travel to Toronto, Canada in 2025 and if so, what was the nature of those communications?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: Yes. I am advised that Officials have communicated with Minister Jones and his staff relating to an Official Information Act request as part of standard consultation practices.
