32923 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: What consultations are the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, planning to open on the week beginning Monday 30 June with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, and when is any such consultation expected to close?

Hon Scott Simpson: I have no responsibility for any government departments. In respect of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, I refer the Member to the Minister for Economic Growth’s answer to written parliamentary question 22610 (2025) and 22679 (2025). With regard to Crown entities, I am advised that no consultations took place. There are no proposed net changes in roles.
