32893 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Disability Issues: What consultations are the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, planning to open on the week beginning Monday 30 June with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, and when is any such consultation expected to close?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised that the Ministry of Disabled People – Whaikaha did not open any consultations with employees on the week beginning 30 June 2025 regarding any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions. I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development that there are no consultations on Employment roles or numbers or their conditions planned to open, or opened, in the week beginning 30 June 2025. I am also advised there are no new consultations for associated Crown Entities.
