32881 (2026). Vanushi Walters to the Minister of Foreign Affairs

32881 (2026). Vanushi Walters to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: Which other Pacific states, if any, is he aware were consulted or invited to join the Australia–Fiji Ocean of Peace treaty before it was signed on 6 July 2026?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: Under Speaker's ruling 199/6, It is not in the public interest to respond to this question to avoid prejudicing New Zealand's international relations and to protect the security interests of New Zealand. This question should be asked of Australia and Fiji.
