32828 (2025). Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Corrections: What advice, reports, papers or any other communications, if any, has he received from Corrections about their capacity to deliver current rehabilitation programmes, during the month of June?

Hon Mark Mitchell: On 11 June 2025, I received briefing B4844 - Implementation plan and approval to fund rehabilitative services to remand prisoners. Corrections also provides me with a range of advice via briefings, aides memoire, my weekly report and through regular meetings with officials. Much of that advice relates to, or references in some way, the delivery of rehabilitation programmes.
