Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: There are two terrorist designations that have expired in the past year: Euskadi Ta Askatasuna, and the American Proud Boys. I received a briefing summarising the advice from the National Security Board and a statement of case relating to the terrorist designation of Euskadi Ta Askatasuna. Regarding the American Proud Boys, I received an oral briefing, and supporting information was provided to my office.
