32717 (2025). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many, if any, workplace fatalities were reported to WorkSafe during the week of June 23rd 2025?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that WorkSafe received five fatality notifications from 23 June 2025 to 29 June 2025, of which two have been confirmed as work-related and within WorkSafe's responsibility, and two as not work related. The remaining notification is being assessed.
