Hon Jan Tinetti to the Associate Minister of Education: Has any advice or evidence been provided to the Minister on the likely impact his changes in the ECE sector will have on the fees that parents pay; and, if there has been, does this advice or evidence show a likely increase or decrease?

Hon David Seymour: The Ministry of Education does not collect data on the fees that parents/caregivers pay. Because of this, the Ministry is unable to model the detailed impact of potential policy changes on fees.
