Hon Mark Mitchell: As the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on matters relating to my Emergency Management and Recovery portfolio. I received the following documents from officials in the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) and Cyclone Recovery (CR) between 23-27 June 2025: • Release of the EMSIP Roadmap, 23 June 2025 • Meeting with Farmers Mutual Group (FMG), 24 June 2025 • Meeting with Australia’s Minister for Emergency Management, Hon Kristy McBain, 24 June 2025 • Marlborough Emergency Management Group Plan 2025-2030, 25 June 2025 • Fortnightly Status Report to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery,27 June 2025. I also received jointly with the Prime Minister the following document: North Island Weather Events: Monthly Progress Update on Categorisation, Buyouts, Infrastructure and Local Transport Projects, 27 June 2025 I also received jointly with Ministers’ Watt and Potaka the following document: Status of core NIWE Recovery Actions and Transition Arrangements, 27 June 2025. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in NEMA, CR and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices.
