32338 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 29612 (2025), what housing providers delivered the four houses in Christchurch and what were the dates that construction started and ended for each house?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that the Christchurch Methodist Mission delivered all four houses in Christchurch. I am advised that construction dates were recorded across the four homes as one project, with site works commencing in May 2024 and practical completion being achieved in April 2025.
