32332 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: When, if at all, does currently announced funding for new social housing places under this Government end?

Hon Chris Bishop: The total Purchase of Social Housing Provision budget over the next four years (1 July 2025 to 30 June 2029) is $8,538 million. This includes the $140 million for 1,500 places allocated through Budget 2024 and the $128 million for 550 places in Auckland allocated through Budget 2025.
