32330 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many, if any, Kāinga Ora state house tenants were paying market rents on 31 May 2024 and on 31 May 2025 respectively?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that there were 1,462 tenants paying a market rent as at 31 May 2024, and as at 31 May 2025 the number was 1,208.
