32215 (2025). Hon Carmel Sepuloni to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: What correspondence, if any, has the Minister or his office had with the Auckland City Council regarding amendments to the Resource Management (Consenting and Other Matters) Amendment Bill, by recipient and date?

Hon Chris Bishop: In my capacity as Minister Responsible for RMA Reform, I sent one letter to Mayor Wayne Brown regarding amendments to the Resource Management (Consenting and Other Matters) Amendment Bill on 12 March 2025. I am also advised that my office is in regular communication with the Auckland Council regarding this issue, and I do not consider it to be in the public interest or a good use of resources to collate all communications in scope.
