Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 27987 (2026), did Kāinga Ora’s engagement with the Public Service Commission leading up to the letter sent to the Chief Executive on 19 June 2024 involve any discussion or advice about the then Chief Executive of Kāinga Ora’s expectation that his Board would need to agree on a process and compensation to extract him from his position, if he did not receive a written retraction of Hon Nicola Willis and Hon Chris Bishop's statements about him (including to all those at the meeting), a formal apology, and the development of “some clear standards and practices … to establish an appropriate working relationship”, and if so, what was discussed and the advice received, if any?
