32138 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Prime Minister: Has the Cabinet Office amended its advice regarding potential ministerial conflicts of interest in general, as a result of the Auditor General’s report, Management of conflicts of interest relating to the City Link bridge, and if so, how?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I am advised that the Cabinet Office is considering the Auditor-General’s observations and has not amended its advice to date.
