32023 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Rail: Further to reply 30343 (2026), what specific written advice, if any, has the Minister received from Ferry Holdings Limited, the Treasury, the Ministry of Transport, or any other officials since 1 January 2026 assessing the likelihood of the new Cook Strait ferries entering service by the end of 2029, and on what dates was each piece of advice received?
