32006 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Rail: Further to reply 30347 (2026), what elements of the Government's negotiating position remain to be protected in respect of the agreements between Ferry Holdings and CentrePort, Port Marlborough and KiwiRail that reply 30346 (2026) describes as finalised, and will the Minister now release the Interim Development Agreements in full?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: To use your language, those elements which are still under negotiation remain to be protected. With respect to finalised elements, we have released all information where it is possible to do so under the OIA. As work progresses, we will continue releasing information. This contrasts with the actions of the previous Government which allocated $750 million “in principle” to iReX, but did not disclose the allocation of the extent of the iReX blow-out in the PREFU.
