31967 (2026). Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister of Finance: How many projects, listed by project name, received an amber/red rating through Treasury's Gateway Review process in the last 12 months?

Hon Nicola Willis: Nine investments undertook a Gateway review between 1 July 2025 and 30 June 2026 and received an Amber/Red rating. These included: • Ministry of Social Development: Disability Support Services – High and Complex Framework (HCF): Capital Investment for ID Forensic Services • Health NZ – Nelson Hospital • Ministry for the Environment – Resource Management System Transformation • Stats NZ – Deliver 2030 Programme • Health NZ – National Lung Screening Programme • New Zealand Transport Agency – Melling Interchange I do not believe it is in the public interest to release the names of three further projects at this point in time. They will be proactively released in due course.
