31950 (2026). Reuben Davidson to the Minister for Media and Communications: What confidentiality obligations, if any, continue to apply to Paul Henry following his resignation in respect of commercially sensitive TVNZ board material he may have received while he was on the board?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that former directors remain subject to a duty of confidence. These confidentiality obligations are outlined in Appointments letters and reiterated in End of Term letters, and I expect all appointees to uphold these obligations.
