31911 (2026). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Transport: What targets, if any, have officials set for the participation of local businesses as subcontractors or suppliers on the RiverLink project in Lower Hutt, when were those targets set, and what is performance against them to date?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised by NZTA that it does not have specific targets for the participation of local businesses. I refer the member to the response to Written Parliamentary Question 31910 (2026) for the framework that has been set.
