31878 (2026). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister for Tertiary Education: How many of the people who commenced an apprenticeship or industry training place through the Jobs and Skills Hub operating in relation to the RiverLink project in Lower Hutt, if any, have completed that qualification, and how many are currently on track to complete it?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I am advised the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) does not hold this information. The Jobs and Skills Hub is a Ministry of Social Development administered programme. The TEC does not collect data on apprentices or industry trainees who were placed through the Jobs and Skills Hub, nor does it collect information identifying those employed on the RiverLink project in Lower Hutt.
