31874 (2026). Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister for Infrastructure: How many, if any, meetings have he or his officials held with overseas grocery retailers not currently operating in New Zealand in the last 12 months?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that officials from the Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport's Fast-track Operations team have met with a grocery retailer. It is not the public interest to release further details at this time as they are commercially sensitive.
