31832 (2025). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister of Immigration: How many, if any, people under the age of 18 who were born in New Zealand were deported in each year since 2006?

Hon Erica Stanford: I refer the member to my response to WPQ 31831 (2025). I am advised that when a person under 18 is deported it would only be when they are accompanying their parent or legal guardian.
