31830 (2025). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Housing: What contracts, if any, does the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development have with Community Housing Providers to build more social housing, and how many houses are expected to be built from each contract?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development that it currently holds 186 capacity contracts for new supply social housing with Community Housing Providers for a total yield of 3,557 places, of which 2,976 have been delivered to date leaving 581 yet to be delivered.
