31823 (2025). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Housing: How many, if any, of the 1,500 community housing places, as announced in Budget 2024, will be in Wellington?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development currently has around 117 places committed to being delivered in the wider Wellington region, with the total to be confirmed when Strategic Partner delivery pipelines are confirmed.
