31790 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What is the NZ Transport Agency's total expenditure to date on the Cross Valley Link, if any, broken down by financial year and by project phase?

Hon Chris Bishop: I refer the Member to my response to Written Parliamentary Question 31793 (2026). While NZTA completed a Feasibility Study for the Cross Valley Link project in 2025, the study was undertaken alongside the Petone to Grenada (P2G) Investment Case under a single contract and programme of work. As costs were not tracked separately, NZTA is unable to isolate the costs attributable solely to the Feasibility Study.
