31470 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: When is main construction of the SH2 Melling Transport Improvements (Melling Interchange), listed in the July 2026 Major Transport Projects Pipeline, expected to begin, if a date has been set?

Hon Chris Bishop: Construction started in September 2025. Interchange and bridge construction will increase from 2026 and conclude in 2031.
