31463 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many state homes, if any, were in Kāinga Ora’s Mount Roskill Wesley West neighbourhood before development work began and how many of those homes have been demolished to date?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that 80 existing Kāinga Ora homes were located within the Wesley West Development and 16 had been demolished or relocated.
