31462 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: When is the SH1 Rolleston Access improvements Package 2 (flyover), listed in the July 2026 Major Transport Projects Pipeline, expected to be completed?

Hon Chris Bishop: Stage 2, including the flyover, is anticipated to start in October 2026 and be completed in late 2028.
