31461 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many state homes, if any, in Kainga Ora’s Mount Roskill Wesley West neighbourhood were vacant at 31 May 2025 and how many, if any, of those homes were lettable?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that 17 homes were vacant in Wesley West as at 31 May 2025. The future use of these homes is currently being considered by Kāinga Ora, alongside other investment and planning considerations.
