31459 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many tenants and their families, if any, were relocated in anticipation of the development of Kainga Ora’s Mount Roskill Wesley West neighbourhood?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that 27 tenants have been relocated to date. All tenants are relocated to other Kainga Ora properties or alternative accommodation as part of the redevelopment process.
