31457 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many state homes, if any, in Kainga Ora’s Māngere Otaki o te Wai neighbourhood were vacant as at 31 May 2025 and how many, if any, of those homes were lettable?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that one home was vacant in the Otaki o te Wai development area as at 31 May 2025. This home was vacant as of 21 May 2025 due to natural attrition and not related to Large Scale Projects. The home was re-tenanted on 6 June 2025.
