31440 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: When is main construction of Mill Road Stage 1, listed as "implementation ready" in Phase Two of the July 2026 Major Transport Projects Pipeline, expected to begin, if a date has been set?

Hon Chris Bishop: No construction date has been set for Mill Road Stage 1. Design, consenting and other supporting workstreams will continue to progress as part of pre-implementation. The focus is on positioning projects to move forward when funding is available.
