31353 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing

31353 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How much, if anything, has been spent on the building at 124 Wellesley Road, Napier since it was completed and how does that figure breakdown by repair costs, security costs, maintenance costs and other costs?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that costs to the Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport for maintenance and security have been minimal but are commercially sensitive given ongoing negotiations.
