31351 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: For how many months has he been “extremely frustrated” about the empty social homes at 124 Wellesley Road, Napier and what action, if any, has he taken to get people who need housing into those homes?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have sought assurances from officials at the Ministry of Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport that every effort is being made to complete the necessary negotiations to have the homes at Wellesley Road operated as social housing.
