Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advise me that its forecast after-tax earnings for 2025/26 and for each of the next three financial years are as per the attachment. The figures reflect Kāinga Ora's April 2026 BEFU forecast submission to Treasury, presented in thousands of dollars. Brackets denote a deficit (negative after-tax earnings).
