31297 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Tertiary Education: How much, if any, did the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, spend on the carbon neutral government programme in the 2025/26 financial year?

Hon Penny Simmonds: The Tertiary Education Commission spent $13,048.50 on the carbon neutral government programme in the 2025/26 financial year. This consisted of $8,873 annual membership fees and $4,175.50 of annual carbon audit fees paid to Toitū Envirocare.
