31293 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Pacific Peoples: How much in total, if any, was spent on renumeration of Crown appointees in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, for the 2025-26 financial year?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised by the Ministry for Pacific Peoples, the total spent on remuneration for crown entities for the 2025-26 financial year was indicatively between $103,200 and $116,000 for appointees to the Centre for Pacific Languages Board and between $77,400 and $103,200 for appointees to the Pacific Business Trust Board, based on the number of trustees and board fees. Note, during the 2025-26 financial year, each board received a fee increase in accordance with CO (25)(2) therefore totals are indicative.
