31291 (2025). Lan Pham to the Minister for Trade and Investment: Further to Written Question Reply 28032, what advice, briefings, reports, or any other document, if any, did the Minister rely on to inform the answer that a subsidy has not been introduced, listed by title and date?

Hon Todd McClay: In my capacity as a Cabinet Minister, I received the Cabinet Paper “Potential for Crown cornerstone stake in new gas field developments to mitigate sovereign risk”, considered by Cabinet on 19 May, which informed my response. I also refer the Member to my earlier response to Written Question 28032 (2025).
