Lan Pham to the Minister for Trade and Investment: Further to Written Question response 28032, has the Minister or Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade received any correspondence from parties to New Zealand Trade Agreements relating to the Budget 2025 initiative titled 'gas security of supply tagged contingencies', listed by correspondent and date of correspondence?

Hon Todd McClay: Correspondence on a wide range of issues is regularly received by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and my office. However it is not possible to collate this information in the timeframe to respond to WPQs without a significant undertaking and would impede the resources of my office. In accordance with Speaker's Ruling 210/6, it is not in the public interest to do so.
