31274 (2025). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many, if any, of WorkSafe staff have been assigned to working on collecting, investigating and resolving reports of excess use of road cones reported to WorkSafe’s hotline and what are their titles?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that WorkSafe will manage work arising from the digital hotline by integrating it into existing in-house resources and operations, including the Inspectorate. However, to assist with the initial implementation of the hotline, WorkSafe established two six-month contract roles to triage notifications; these are one Notification Agent and one Business Analyst.
